Who you are booking with
SeasTheDay is a privately owned, self-catering holiday home at Schaapenzicht Estate, Langebaan, 7357, Western Cape, South Africa, operated by its owners Alex, Julia & Henri. A booking made through this website is a direct contract between you (the guest) and the property owner — it is not a booking through Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, or any other third-party platform, even if the same property is also listed there.
Making a booking
A booking is confirmed once payment is received via Paystack and you receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Rates, availability, and any per-date pricing overrides shown at checkout are set by the owner and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The price you are quoted and pay at checkout is the final price — see Pricing & Fees below.
Pricing & fees
The nightly rate, any optional extras you select (such as an airport transfer), and the flat cleaning/linen fee are itemised and totalled before you pay — nothing is added after checkout. Stays of the long-stay threshold or longer are billed at the flat long-stay nightly rate shown at the time of booking.
Guest conduct & house rules
Guests are expected to treat the property with care, respect the maximum occupancy for the booking, and follow the house rules communicated at check-in. The owner may recover reasonable costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
